Overview
Liquid Macro is a protein-forward condiment developed under Hewcore Corporation. The product is designed to deliver meaningful protein macros through a format people already use — sauce added to a meal.
The formulation uses whey protein isolate and collagen hydrolysate as the protein matrix, stabilized with xanthan gum and acidified with lemon juice concentrate to target a pH of approximately 4.2 for shelf stability. Avocado oil provides a clean fat source and contributes to mouthfeel.
